BIM已经成为建筑变革的关键性技术，在施工企业中逐步得到了普及和应用。本文以贵阳金阳会展城某项目为例，从场地平面布置和三维可视化交底这两个角度论述了BIM在施工企业中的应用。
BIM has become the key technologies of archite-ctural revolution, which has gradual y gained popularity in the construction business. This paper took a project in Jinyang ex-hibition centre in Guiyang City as an example, discussed the application of BIM technology in construction enterprise from the plane layout and the three dime signal visual clarification.
