Abstract
The construction project management work is more and more valued with the development of construction industry. In the engineering project management, the control and mana-gement of the project schedule is one of the important content. In order to make the project to be completed on time, the monitoring and management of the progress that the relevant personnel is responsible for must be completed wel and the factors lagging the project schedule should be ruled out in time.关键词
