Abstract
In recent years, industrial and civil construction industry has been in rapid development and the construction industry market is showing a thriving development situation, which is asking more requirements for the quality of industrial and civil construction. Therefore, building safety problem has become a hot topic, of which the seismic design in construc-tion design has at racted great at ention.
