Abstract
The “bubble economy’ refers that the value of the products which the economic institutions raise is much higher than the actual value with price volatility and the buyers suffer huge losses. Xinjiang province as an inland province, the real estate development is in upward trend. The relevant departm-ents should be aware of the harm of real estate bubble in the real estate market, and make practical and preventive measu-res.关键词
