Abstract
This paper analyzes the development characterist-ics of the old city of Nanjing, its current development situation and its key problems of development, introducing the main pr-actices of a new round of regulatory planning of the old city of Nanjing, and extending the thinking of related issues. The aut-hor puts forward the principle of the overal regulatory control of the old city and the control and planning system of block control, suggesting establishing a dynamic real-time adjustable maintenance mechanism.关键词
