Abstract
The measurement is the basis of valuation. The am- ount uncertainty wil make the price impossible. Engineering calculation is complex and cumbersome, which is among pri- orities of cost management of engineering. The new building regulations, through the specification of engineering measur- ement, further standardize the project pricing behavior and the order of the construction market.关键词
