本文分析了建筑工程管理中存在的忽视成本管理和安全、管理体制不完善和施工人员素质有待提高等问题，并针对存在的这些问题，提出了相应的解决方法，以期为提高建筑工程管理水平提供参考价值。
This paper analyzes the builders’ ignorance of the cost management and safety in construction management, the imperfect management system and the quality of construction personnel needing improvement and other issues. And in the light of these problems, the author puts forward corresponding solving methods, in order to provide some reference value to improve the construction management level.
