Abstract
The article has carried on the analysis to the exis- ting problems of general contract management mode of the traditional professional design institute engineering. Combined with the Kunming East Outer Ring Road project, it explores the general contract management mode, to give ful play to the advantages of traditional design institute engaged in project general contracting, in order to improve the quality of the pro- ject and make the enterprise to obtain greater benefit.关键词
