Abstract
At present, project cost management system is not scientific at construction phase in that it lacks the cost control of whole process; cost management system of construction process is lacking of operability, the organization management of the construction process has defects. We should build clear cost management system, strengthen project quality and cost control of a project, and refine the cost control of the bidding phase.关键词
