Abstract
This paper took the metro industry as object, throu- gh the discussion of the general contracting management sch- eme of ventilation and air conditioning systems, combined wi- th management experience, the author made a rational analysis of their advantages and disadvantages, and gave some reason- able suggestions, which laid a theoretical base for the subse- quent delivery extension of general contract management plan.关键词
