石墨烯增强MC尼龙复合材料的力学和摩擦学性能
Mechanical and tribological properties of MC nylon composites reinforced by graphene
摘要
Abstract
Monomer casting nylon composites reinforced by different proportions of gra-phene(MCPA)were prepared by in situ polymerization and the structures of graphene oxide (GO)and reduced graphene oxide (rGO)was characterized by XRD and FT-IR.The me-chanical and tribological properties of MCPA composite were also tested.Results showed when the content of graphene was 0.05%,the tensile strength,elastic modulus,bending strength and bending modulus were increased by 17.4%,14.7%,17.5% and 24.3%,respec-tively.Under dry sliding,the abrasion loss of composites was largely reduced,but the fric-tion coefficient was not improved obviously.The worn mechanism of the composites has been changed from adhesive wear to fatigue wear with the increasing of graphene content.关键词
