温度对含碳纤维水泥水化及抗压强度的影响
Influence of temperature on the process of hydration and compressive strength of cement containing carbon fiber
摘要
Abstract
Cement containing carbon fiber can be widely applied in structures such as road, dock and airport surfaces.To explore the influence of temperature on the hydration process and compressive strength of that cement,comparative analysis was carried out through XRD diffraction analysis,combined with SEM observation and the determination of com-pressive strength.At curing temperature for 10 ℃,25 ℃ and 100 ℃ respectively,specimen was prepared with a dimension of 40×40×40 mm prior to curing for a definite time (i.e.3, 7 and 28 days).Experimental results show that increase of curing temperature,can promote the formation of C-S-H gel and C-H in carbon fiber reinforced cement,thus improve the compressive strength.Appropriately increasing hydration temperature of carbon fiber reinforced cement could accelerate the hydration processes of that cement.关键词
