摘要

Abstract

Aluminum alloy foam/Polyoxymethylene(POM)Interpenetrating Phase Compos-ites were prepared by inj ection molding technique after aluminum foam was modified by si-lane coupling agent KH570.It was employed to research the infrared structure of the modi-fied aluminum alloy foam,the mechanical properties and tribological behavior of the alumi-num alloy foam/POM interpenetrating phase composites,the worn surfaces of the compos-ites.The results showed that silane coupling agent KH570 was grafted to the aluminum al-loy surface,the interface between aluminum alloy and POM were bonding well.The flexur-al strength and compressive strength of the Aluminum alloy foam/POM interpenetrating phase composites increased with the decreasing the porosity of Al alloy foam percentage, the tribological behavior of the aluminum alloy foam/POM interpenetrating phase compos-ites decreased with the increasing the porosity of Al alloy foam percentage.
