不确定环境下应急物资配送问题研究
Research on dispatching problem of emergency materials under uncertain environment
摘要
Abstract
For the dispatching problem of emergency materials,assuming that the demand of each disaster area, the vehicle running time and the cost from distribution center to each disaster area were the triangular fuzzy num-bers,a bi-objective programming model was established through minimizing total cost of the system and total time penalty cost.Using the theory of fuzzy numbers,the fuzzy programming model was transformed into a deter-minate bi-objective mixed integer programming one and an algorithm for this model was designed.Then,the al-gorithm was proven to be feasible and effective through empirical analysis.Analysis results show that the optimal decision-making project of vehicle routing depends heavily on the value of weightω,so decision makers should choose an appropriate weight ωaccording to actual situations.关键词
