减振型无砟轨道对CA砂浆力学性能要求研究

摘要
Abstract
In order to study requests of slab ballastless track with vibration pad and other vibration reducing measures in the urban rail transit subway lines for mechanical properties of CA mortar,the beam -body model in unit slab track was established based on the finite element principle.This paper aims to analyze the influence of stiffness of vibration pad on deformation and force of CA mortar,and study the influence of CA mortar’s own elasticity modulus on its own deformation and force.The results demonstrate that,due to little magnitude of vi-bration pad's stiffness,it results in the risk of brittle fracture of CA mortar with greater tensile stress,and with the decrease of vibration pad's stiffness,CA mortar and upper structure tend to have larger deformation,thereby af-fecting track smoothness and road safety.With the increasing value of elasticity modulus of CA mortar,the rele-vant tensile stress increases;therefore,when the CA mortar materials are made up with high elasticity modulus, the maximum tensile strength should meet the requirements of CA mortar tensile resistance.关键词
