Study on key technology of the main girder closure of rigid frame -continuous co mbination beam bridge

Abstract
Based on the connecting line project of long -span prestressed concrete rigid frame -continuous com-bination beam bridge between the south -to -north water diversion and Zhengzhou to Shaolin highway road,the finite element model of construction process was established by Midas/Civil,to simulate the key technology of main girder closure sequence,removal time of full space supports of the cast -in -place beam of the side span, and jacking force of middle span closure with numerical simulation technology.The calculation results show that it is beneficial to the bridge alignment and lateral structure stress to close the side span girder first,then remove the full space supports of casting side -span girder,and close the middle span girder last.The formula of rela-tionship between jacking force and temperature change was worked out through fitting results to optimize the de-sign jacking force,and the two factors have linear relationship with horizontal displacement along the bridge in a certain range.The solutions in this paper can guide the girder closure of rigid frame -continuous combination bridge construction and have reference significance to the construction of similar bridges.关键词
