摘要

Abstract

Through theoretical analysis the basic law about the degree of compaction of fine -grained vibration rolling was deduced along the depth under the condition of different laying thickness.A three-dimensional finite element simulation was established for the vibration rolling of fine-grained soil under different laying thickness by ABAQUS finite element analysis software.By controlling different loose layer thickness,the related stress, displacement,plastic strain distribution were obtained.Then,the best compacted layer thickness and the num-ber of rolling of laying fine-grained soil were obtained with the use of full hydraulic self-propelled strong vibra-tion roller with high-power overweight tonnage large vibration force.The research shows that the economical and effective rolling construction parameters can be determined easily according to the curve of the degree of compac-tion of fine-grained soil at different depth.Under the condition of the best thickness the compaction energy can be efficiently delivered to the entire filling layer thickness,and in this case the compaction construction is eco-nomical and efficient.When the laying thickness is more than the best laying thickness,the compaction energy transferred to the lower part of the filling layer is very small,and leads to a relatively small degree of compaction of soil.Besides,the compaction degree of the upper soil in rolling layer will be affected.The research results have a guiding significance for the vibration rolling construction of fine-grained soils.
