Research on the Countermeasures of Improving Scientific and Technological Achievements Conversion Rate in Local Universities
摘要
Abstract
The local universities should take the chance of national innovation-driving development strategy, promote constantly the mechanism of improving the autonomous ability of technical development, and establish supe⁃rior talent incentive mechanism;should take the initiative to rely on local government and enterprise platform and carry out industry-study-research cooperation, speed up the scientific and technological achievements conversion process in universities;local governments should attach great importance to conversion work of scientific and techno⁃logical achievements in local universities and promote the positive healthy and sustainable development.关键词
