Study on the Happening,Evolution and Responding Countermeasures to Network Emergency in China
摘要
Abstract
Network emergency is a new type of emergency. As occurring frequently, network emergency has got more and more attention of the government and society. The happening of network emergency is inseparable from the coming of network society. Network emergency is not only a process,but also a system under constant interaction of network and social reality. Network emergency should be understood in the big environment of network society. We need to change our way of thinking from traditional object-oriented to process-oriented to further understand and grasp network emergency. When responding to network emergency,we should take both online and offline measures at the same time.关键词
