Study on the Dynamic Mechanism of New Rural Community Construction in Henan Province
摘要
Abstract
To alleviate the gap between urban and rural development and promote the development of the countryside,the central government successively puts forward"Building a new socialist countryside“and”Ac⁃tively promoting the rural community construction". It can achieve the integration of urban and rural develop⁃ment through the perfect of rural politics,economy,culture,and social security,etc. As a big agricultural prov⁃ince,Henan province’s rural development is particularly important. But there is still the problem of insufficient motivation in the process of rural development. Under the background of central plains economic zone construc⁃tion,it is more meaningful to discuss the problem of the motive forces of the rural development in Henan prov⁃ince.关键词
