摘要
Abstract
The economic comprehensive test area of Zhengzhou airport is the first national airport econom⁃ic development pilot area in China .The industrial structure and its development stage directly determine the scale,structure and quality of the talent demand. The economic comprehensive test area of Zhengzhou airport is faced with the problems, including the shortage of talents,unreasonable structure of the talent, insufficient professional personnel training of local universities,the introduction policies of talent needing improvement,tal⁃ent management policy needing to be optimized,etc. The large market space and talent shortage make airport talent development become the key to solve the problems. For the development and allocation of human resourc⁃es,we must fully implement the government policy of Henan Provincial ,and must carry out institutional innova⁃tion.关键词
