Abstract
With the rapid development of higher education, employment has increasingly become an impor⁃tant task in the development of colleges and universities. The article analyses the problems existing in the em⁃ployment in our province,points out the importance and effect of promoting graduates to achieve higher-quality employment,puts forward the methods that universities and colleges help students plan their own career,culti⁃vate the students' innovation ability,strengthen employment guidance and the measures promoting universities and colleges students' employment.关键词
