Abstract
Our government advocates national reading for several times. The role of library becomes more and more important. Nowadays,readers raise new requirements on libraries. The concept of“third space”is formed. The author studied the approaches of the service transformation of Dalian University of Technology in constructing the“third space”during the study in the class for advanced studies of university library officials. Considering the current situation of building the new library and renewing the old library, this paper studied the approaches to constructing“third space”in university library and transforming readers service. This paper at⁃tempts to offer enlightenment to the construction of university library in the period of social transformation.关键词
