Abstract

After treatments with different amounts of biogas slurry (0, 2000, 3000, 4000 and 5000 kg/667m2) in the same organic tea plantation, effects on growth and biochemical compositions of organic tea Plant was explored. The results showed that compared with the control, tea budding was 1~3 d early in all treatments with biogas slurry. Treatment had a manner of increasing the yield of tea by 9.1%~19.2%with 3000~5000 kg/667m2 biogas slurry, but a decrease by 1.6%with 2000 kg/667 m2. Content of amino acid was enhanced in different seasons in treatments with 3000~4000 kg/667 m2, which brought about the depressing of phenol ammonia ratio and improved the quality of tea. Above all, spread biogas slurry with 3000~4000 kg/667 m2 exhibited the optimal behavior.
