优3等5个绿茶新品系比较试验
Regional Tests of 5 New Green-tea Varieties Including You 3
摘要
Abstract
Five new green-tea varieties (You 3, You10, You 108, You 183, You 510) and camellia sinensis (L.) O. Kuntze cv. Fuding Dabaicha as the control species(CK)were cultivated in the defined area, and their properties were investigated including ratio of living tea plants, character of new shoots, phenological phase, pruning weight, yield of fresh leaves and tea quality. The results showed that the ratios of living tea plants of You 108 and You 510, the plant heights of You 10 and You 183, the canopy width of You 108, the shoots density of You 3 and You 183, the stages in germination of You 3 and You 183, the pruning weight of You 10, and the fresh leaf yields of You 3, You 10 and You 108, were all superior to CK. Sensory evaluation indicated that the quality of green tea from You 3 was higher than CK.关键词
