摘要

Abstract

Selenium is an essential trace element for human body and animal. Tea, as a kind of high-quality selenium source, was great significant to the intake of selenium in human body. The four aspects were summarized in the paper such as the importance of selenium, the content, morphology and distribution of selenium in soil, the selenium content in tea and the effect of selenium accumulation in tea. In addition, the future research directions of Se enriched tea were forecasted in the paper so as to provide references for the development of Se enriched tea.
