Abstract
Recently, the single phase multilevel inverter gains increasing attractive due to its own advantages. A mul-tilevel inverter with diode 2 N-1 cascade superposition is introduced in this paper. Taking a 15 level inverter with diode 2N-1 cascade superposition as example, the realization of grid connection based on single-phase space vector modula-tion ( SVPWM) technology is proposed. The phase and frequency of the reference current are obtained from Grid volt-age with the amplitude determined by the reference power. The system employs current instantaneous feedback and PI controller to perform unity power factor. A model under MATLAB/SIMULINK condition is presented to simulate and calculate the harmonic distortion of the Grid current under different reference powers. The result of the simulation in-dicates that the power factor is high and current harmonic content is less and verifies the feasibility of the proposed method.关键词
