摘要
Abstract
Since the smart electricity meter always need batch production,various reasons,such as raw materials, components and manufacturing process defects,will cause the production hard to reach the inherent reliability level by original design. To meet the needs of product time to market,it is of importance to test the product reliability in the shortest time. Therefore,in recent years,some large international enterprises have a mindset of how to adopt the most rapid and effective method to find the product potential defect in the product development phase. Then Highly Accel-erated Life Test(HALT)becomes an effective method to find product defects in the shortest time. According to the practical application,through the related tests on mainstream smart electricity meter in the market,the results verify the scientificity and effectiveness of HALT. Thereby hope high accelerated life test technology can be adopted and pro-moted in the smart electricity meter industry so as to provide theoretical basis for the promotion of HALT in smart elec-tric metering field.关键词
