摘要

Abstract

With the rapid development of distributed photovoltaic power generation,how to correctly measure the elec-trical energy generated,injected into the grid and absorbed from the grid of a distributed photovoltaic power generation project,and bring price incentive mechanisms into full play has become an urgent problem to be solved. Based on the existing relevant policies,this paper summarized the requirements on the electrical energy measurements,put forward the measurement scheme and by analyzing the possible wrong measurement wiring in theory,proposed several counter-measures.
