摘要

Abstract

The necessity of the study on flashover mechanism of overhead transmission lines under forest fires has been introduced in this paper. Fire disaster influence factors are introduced,and the research status of flashover mechanism of Overhead Transmission Lines under Forest Fires has been summarized,including the analysis and discussion of the existing test methods. Then,the present methods to monitor forest fires applied in transmission lines and its existing problems are summarized as well,and a new idea that Laser radar technology is adopted in transmission lines to moni-tor forest fires has been proposed. Meanwhile,it has been indicated that the combining of Satellite remote sensing technology with traditional sensor terminal monitoring methods will improve the reliability and real-time of transmis-sion line monitoring.
