Research on the Contact Resistance on the Solid-liquid Metal Interface of a LMMHD Generator
摘要
Abstract
A Liquid Metal Magnetohydrodynamic( LMMHD)generator is a key component of the MHD wave energy direct generating system. The electrical-contact performance between the liquid metal and solid electrodes directly af-fects the output characteristics and power efficiency of the LMMHD generator. This paper analyzed the contact resist-ance of the LMMHD generator and its affecting factors first. Then a new measurement method of the contact resistance on the solid-liquid metal interface was put forward and experiments were conducted to study the static contact resist-ance between the liquid gallium alloy and the solid copper electrodes.关键词
