摘要
Abstract
Urban medium voltage distribution network planning is a large-scale combinatorial optimization issue. The cable single-ring network mode commonly used in current urban medium voltage distribution network is analyzed in this paper,and a new method of planning is proposed. The global convergence properties of genetic algorithms are a-dopted to determine the load group,and the traveling salesman problem path optimization method is used to plan the specific path. Then the closed-loop network is obtained. On this basis,the contact line is selected by minimizing power loss. Practical example proves that the proposed method optimizes the coding strategy,improves the conver-gence rate. It can effectively solve the issue of urban medium voltage distribution network planning,and it is more in-structive to actual urban medium voltage distribution network planning.关键词
