Abstract
With the widespread use of digitized electric energy meters in electric energy metering system in intelligent substations, it becomes increasing important to establish a set of complete calibration standard.Lots of calibration methods of digitized electric energy meters have already been developed at home and abroad.The calibration items and error causes of digitized electric energy meters are analyzed in this paper, and the detection method and design scheme based on digital output power source and standard digitized electric energy meters are deeply discussed.Com-bining the requirement of digitized electric energy meter being able to record the abnormal working condition of sam-pling data input in national standard “GB/T 17215 .303-2013 AC measuring equipment-Particular requirements-Part 3:Digitized electric energy meters”, a detection method to calibrate the event record and meter accuracy of digitized electric energy meters is put forward in this paper, which is based on abnormal network conditions of simulated field merging unit.This solution will make up the difference between the laboratory test and field test accuracy.关键词
