摘要

Abstract

Because the wind power has the characteristics of randomness and uncertainty, from the perspective of safe and stable operation, considering the three kinds of uncertain factors including fault shutdown of the unit, load and wind power prediction deviation, the probabilistic spinning reserve is expressed through the analysis formula, and brought into the dynamic optimization model and constraint condition of the wind power system in this paper.A mixed 0-1 variables optimization algorithm based on the NSGA-II is used to solve the model.The algorithm manages the inte-ger variables according to the hierarchical optimization method, in order to realize the multi-objective optimization of the unit start-stop and load distribution.The advanced dispatching idea is introduced in the solving process to deal with the constraint coupling, so as to realize the dynamic optimization of time scheduling.Finally, the simulation re-sults verify the rationality of the model and the effective feasibility of the algorithm.
