Abstract
With the system reform of group management in the planning, construction, operation, maintenance, mar-keting of five aspects and centralized management in human, financial, material of three aspects, and the marketing system construction of customer-oriented, flattening organization, intensive business, professional management, real-time control and coordinated service which proposed by the state grid corporation of china, the intensive management of measuring asserts has become the core business of measurement center in each provincial company, and the life cy-cle management is the best way to achieve this goal.Measuring asserts have characteristics of large number, low unit price, wide use range and easy replacement, and it directly relates to social factors such as people’ s livelihood, har-mony and stability, so quality management is the core of measuring asserts life cycle management.Around this core, study on analysis evaluation model of measuring asserts life cycle management is carried out, and the system architec-ture is designed, finally, the system function and application is stated in the paper.关键词
