高超声速飞行器翼面气动加热、辐射换热与瞬态热传导的耦合分析
Coupled Study of Aerodynamic Heating,Radiative Heat Transfer and Heat Conduction for Airfoils of Hypersonic Vehicles
摘要
Abstract
The aerodynamic heating results in the rapid rise of the surface temperature of hypersonic vehicle.In order to accurately predict the thermal environment of vehicle airfoil so as to design vehicle,engineering calculation of aerodynamic heating was proved to be reliable by comparing with numerical simulation.An intergrated coupled simulation in which the aeroheating,radiative heat transfer and structure heat conduction were worked together was obtained.Comparing with the uncoupled simulation,coupled simulation should be payed more attention while calculating aerodynamic heating.Under the conditions of a typical traj ectory,the temperature of three-dimensional airfoils is accurately predicted by the coupled method considering the coupling effect of aeroheating radiative heat-transfer and structure heat-conduction.This method can be appled to arodynamic heating analysis and thermal protection of hypersonic vehicle.关键词
