Effect of Groove Parameters on Formation of Fragments
摘要
Abstract
To obtain the effect of groove parameters on the formation of fragments,AUTODYN-3D was used to simulate the fragmenting of 50SiMnVB steel warhead.The effect of different groove-parameters on casing-fracture was compared and analyzed,and the model of the casing fracture was simplified.Fracture trace and fracture probability of external grooved casing were de-duced,and proving experiment was carried out.Results show that external grooved technology is available for 50SiMnVB steel warhead,and the fracture begins from the groove root,and fracture mode is shear fracture.The deeper the groove depth and the wider the groove spacing,the higher the main fragment formation rate and mass ratio.The control efficiency of fragment increases. The probability of fracture followed fracture trace was obtained,and then a feasible method to choose groove parameters was given.关键词
