摘要

Abstract

The structural parameters of the C-shaped solid armature affect directly the emission of electromagnetic rail gun.Aiming at this problem,a structural optimization method for the C-shaped armature was proposed based on numerical analysis.The proposed method employs the orthogonal experiment to design sample data,and the optimization function was constructed based on response surface method.The genetic algorithm was used to get the minimum.The minimum value of the maximum current density was obtained.The simulation experiments show that the method reduces the peak current density and the possibility of transition in higher accuracy and feasibility.It provides an effective way to improve the armature structure.
