321型不锈钢A-TIG焊对接接头性能
Performance study of 321 type stainless steel A - TIG butt welded joint
摘要
Abstract
A - TIG butt welding method of stainless steel plates from single side for only one welding pass was used in this article,and performance of the butt welded joint was studied. Mainly analyzed microstructure,mechanical property including stretching,bending, impact and hardness,intergranular corrosion,assaying of oxygen and δ ferrite,and etc. The experimental results show that A - TIG singe side one pass butt welding can be used for welding of stainless steel plates with thickness no more than 8mm. A - TIG doesn’t re-duce the tensile strength and anti - erode performance of the weld,and doesn’t cause exceed Oxygen content and δ ferrite content of the weld.关键词
