磷酸钒锂的中试生产研究
Study on pilot production of lithium vanadium phosphate
摘要
Abstract
The Li3V2 (PO4)3/C was prepared by sol-gel and carbon thermal reduction method using V2O5,Li2CO3, NH4H2PO4 and citric acid on a pilot scale. The surface morphologies and microstructure of the samples were characterized by scanning electronic microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The electrochemical test shows that the capacity retentions were 95.3%and 86%in the range of 3.0~4.3 V and 3.0~4.8 V at 1 , respectively. The Li3V2(PO4)3 cathode by pilot production shows excellent cycle performance.关键词
