摘要

Abstract

P(VDF-HFP)/Al2O3 composite separator was prepared by electrospinning through fil ing different amounts of Al2O3 particles into P (VDF-HFP) solution. The effects of the Al2O3 amounts on the membrane morphology, thermal shrinkage, mechanical and electrochemical properties were investigated and analyzed. The results show that composite membrane has more excellent properties: the thermal shrinkage reduces to 1.64%from 4.67%; breaking strength and electrochemical stability window increase up to 8.25 MPa and 5.32 V from 3.52 MPa and 4.63 V, respectively. Using LiCoO2 as the anode material, the cellwith the composite membrane delivers high initial discharge special capacity of 152.7 mAh/g.
