摘要

Abstract

Currently, spinel Li4Ti5O12 has been the research focus of anode materials for Li-ion batteries and hopeful y accepted as a candidate instead of carbon/graphite electrode materials. The principle and developments of sol-gel synthesis of Li4Ti5O12 material in recent years were introduced. The present status of Li4Ti5O12 to improve the electrochemical properties was studied by adding chelating agent, metal ion doping, surface modification and physical/chemical auxiliary method. The related doubtful points and fol owing direction of modification were further pointed out. The practical application and limitations of commercial preparation were also discussed.
