摘要

Abstract

The silver electrodes were prepared by adding Cl - into KOH electrolyte. The performance of silver electrodes was investigated by aging studies, SEM, DSC, AgO content and discharge capacity tests. The results show that adding Cl- into KOH electrolyte can not only enhance charge capacity of silver electrodes, but also improve the stability of the silver electrodes. The silver electrodes remains higher discharge capacity after aging, and the storage performance of silver electrodes increases, then storage life of silver-zinc reserve battery is prolonged.
