Abstract
Through regular and irregular basis for the settlement of the wind turbine observations, combined with site conditions for settle-ment observation data analysis, accurately reflect the action of the wind turbine based on the upper tower, wind turbines, and in the natural en-vironment, weather disasters and geological disasters the extent and trend of settling the factors affecting settlement, on the basis of the stability of the wind turbine to make an accurate assessment.关键词
