Abstract
Lacking of mature theoretical means and index systems,the research of Environmental lmpact Assess-ment( ElA)of power grid planning in China is stil in its beginning stage. ln this research,combined with the working of ElA about Changzhou the 12th five-year grid development planning,some existing difficulties and problems about the ElA of power grid planning were discussed and the corresponding suggestions were pro-posed at the same time.关键词
