Abstract
This paper mainly introduces how to realize the visual collecting of project information and the visual monitoring of project construction in Sichuan Tibet Networking project construction, by using visual control technology and Innovating project construction management mode. Through construction and application of visualization in the project management, the efifciency of the project headquarters management is enhanced, so is the problem-solving. This technology is the innovation and breakthrough of project management, and it has important demonstration signiifcance.关键词
