Abstract
Poland is a coal resource-rich country within the European Union,and has a high demand for large-capacity, high parameter coal fired power units , which should be also high power efficiency and low environmental emissions. This article describes the tender requirements and tendering design experience for the Polish power plants, discusses the key technical requirements in detail,summarize the design experience of the project.关键词
