Abstract
This paper develops a kind of smart meter(opti-cal fiber meter)with optical communication module ,and forms electricity information collection system with the optical fiber net-work and main collection system. This system has many advantag-es,featuring fast transmission speed,excellent real-time feature and high success rate of acquisition,and it has been successfully applied as pilot project in a residential area of Dalian development zone .It is with extreme promotion value.关键词
