Abstract
The current orderly electricity utilization research mainly concentrated in the order status quo survey and plan. With the increasing of business fine degree, the requirements of the im⁃plementation of effective monitoring has become more and more ur⁃gent. In this background, combined with orderly electricity experi⁃ence in Shandong province electric power company, it proposed tar⁃geted orderly electricity monitoring closed⁃loop management strate⁃gy execution. First the classified monitoring index system is con⁃structed based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Combined with the Delphi method the index weight is determined; Then on this basis, selection of monitoring strategy and visual display is done; Finally the method is verified by examples. The method is scientific and feasible used to implement hierarchical monitoring, closed loop management, achieves the result of combination of monitoring the effectiveness and economy.关键词
