摘要

Abstract

There have all along been two opposite opinions on the impact on power system frequency regulation from wind power.To improve the current research,the mutual behavior of conventional units and load is taken into account in focusing on quantitative analysis of the impact on multi-time scale frequency regulation from high proportion wind power.The probabilistic combined power fluctuation model of power system with different ratios of wind power is derived prior to finding out the function with given confidence interval of those key indices used to estimate frequency control performance,including the maximum frequency control error,static frequency control error,primary/secondary frequency control speed,and reserve. Accordingly,a method for analyzing the impact of wind power on power system frequency regulation is proposed,providing a provincial grid with useful advice by simulation.
